The cost of your session is indicated in your confirmation email and on the website, the total is due upon completion of the session. A receipt is issued which can be used for your insurance claim or for your personal documents. If you need receipts reissued, an administrative fee (beginning at $25) will be invoiced.
Please arrive in an unaltered state and as near to the time of your appointment as possible. Lateness is deducted from your table time and I am happy to work on you if we have at least 30 minutes remaining; otherwise, the appointment will be considered cancelled without notice. Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice remains the financial responsibility of the client, unless you are ill, in which case please advise me as early as possible.
Please communicate any emergency as soon as you are able. Text is the fastest way to reach me the day of your appointment (514-475-9919, the number is also included in appointment confirmation and reminder emails) and I appreciate any heads-up. If you encounter any difficulty, are unsure of when your next appointment is, or are dealing with circumstances beyond your control, please reach out.
As a massage therapist, I invite you to keep your actions and tone professional during our session. Lewd or lascivious conduct, comments, and gestures are grounds for terminating the session without refund.
A note on refunds: if you have paid for your session in advance and need to cancel, I will refund the cost of the session minus fees. If I need to cancel the appointment, you will receive a full refund.
